1. Platform Nature & Core Monarchy Rules

StealTheScreen.com ("Platform") operates a gamified, real-time, live screen takeover billboard. By purchasing or bidding on a screen takeover, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • 100% Exclusive Takeover: Only one product occupies 100% of the live billboard broadcast at any single point in time.
  • 30-Second Minimum Airtime SLA: Every paid takeover is granted an un-interruptible 30-second shield during which no competitor can dethrone your creative.
  • Competitive Dethroning: Following the expiration of your 30-second shield, your broadcast enters a competitive Dutch auction state and remains the live takeover until another advertiser purchases a takeover or advances from the queue.
  • Featured Rotation: For takeovers bought through a checkout that shows the Featured Rotation notice (added on 30 September 2026), while nobody is waiting in the queue, the billboard alternates between your ad and a Featured spot chosen by Steal The Screen: your ad, then a Featured spot, then your ad again, each shown for 3 to 12 minutes. Your ad is always shown first, so the rotation never interrupts your 30-second shield. Featured spots are labelled "Featured", are not paid takeovers, and never change the price, your shield or your Hall of Fame entry. As soon as a challenger joins the queue or buys a takeover, the rotation stops and your ad stays on screen until it is replaced.
  • Permanent Hall of Fame Archive: Upon dethronement, your creative, URL, verified clicks, and paid bounty are permanently archived with a sponsored link (marked rel="sponsored", as search engines require for paid placements) in our public Hall of Fame.
  • 10-Slot Broadcast Queue & Automatic Wallet Crediting: To safeguard viewer attention and guarantee airtime SLAs, the FIFO queue is capped at a strict maximum of 10 positions (MAX_QUEUE_CAP = 10). If the queue reaches full capacity while a customer's checkout is processing, 100% of the paid transaction amount is automatically credited in full to the user's War Chest wallet balance with zero fee deductions. Credited funds never expire and are immediately usable for instant 1-click takeovers as queue slots cycle.

2. Prohibited Content & Advertising Standards

We maintain strict moderation standards to protect visitors, payment processors, and fellow sponsors. The following content is strictly prohibited:

Malware & Deceptive TechDirect executable downloads (.exe, .bat, .apk, .msi), phishing portals, credential harvesting, or exploit kits.
Unlawful Content & FraudIllegal narcotics, weapons, unlicensed financial schemes, pyramid schemes, or copyright-infringing media.
Obfuscated Links & SpamURL shorteners (bit.ly, tinyurl) and direct messaging invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) intended for pump-and-dump groups.
Adult & Explicit ContentSexually explicit material, pornography, or non-consensual imagery.

Violations will result in immediate removal without refund and permanent banning of associated URLs and payment methods.

3. Payments, Billing & Taxes

All payments are processed securely via certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant Merchants of Record (including Dodo Payments). Prices are dynamically calculated in USD. You are responsible for any applicable local sales taxes, VAT, or duties assessed in your jurisdiction.
